To automate your billing, click the button of your preferred payment method. Download, complete the form and return it to us at setup@bcspdx.com. We’ll do the rest.

After each delivery, payment is automatically processed and you will receive an email receipt for your records.

+ What happens to this form after I submit it?

Your information will go into our encrypted Intuit accounting software. Information is is not stored by Belmont.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

+ When will my first automatic payment take effect?

After setup, you will recieve a confirmation email. Automatic payments will begin with your next delivery.

+ Why the change?

+ Will invoices still be sent for our records?

Yes, you will continue to receive the delivery receipt the day of service followed by a paid invoice within 1-3 days.

+ What if I have an issue with the bill?

If this were to happen, know we take this very seriously. Contact bookkeeper@getbelmont.com, we will immediately look into the matter and resolve any issues.
